Two-factor authentication is a feature that adds an extra layer of protection to your Rhythm360 account. With two-factor authentication enabled, an attempted login to your account requires verification from your mobile device. This requires a valid phone number to be attached to your profile.

To enable two-factor authentication for your Rhythm360 account:

  1. Click on your profile icon on the top right of any Rhythm360 page.
  2. Click My Profile. A new window will appear.
  3. In the new window, confirm that your phone number is listed under the Phone field. If you do not have a number listed, you may enter it.
    • Your phone number should be a mobile number that can receive text messages. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
    • Change the country code by clicking the "+1" box to the left of the phone number field.
  4. Click the Enable Two Factor Authentication toggle. A new window will appear.
  5. When the new window opens, a six-digit one-time password will be sent to your phone number. Enter the password into the field, and click Submit. The window will close.
  6. Click Update Information.

Your account now has two-factor authentication enabled. The next time you login to your account, you will be required to enter another one-time password to verify your identity.

Troubleshooting Steps:

If you already have a phone number entered and do not see the Enable Two Factor Authentication toggle, re-enter your phone number and it will appear
