I Cannot Download the Patient List

If you are prompted that the download is successful, as shown below, but there is no excel file to open, kindly check if pop-ups and redirect are enabled on your browser.

Here are the steps on how to enable pop-ups on your Chrome browser.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the 3-dotted icon () and go to Settings
  3. Click Privacy and security. Site Settings.
  4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. Choose the option you want as your default setting.

Please check Allow or block pop-ups in Safari for Safari users.
