How to Tag a User in a Patient Report

Tagging users allows you to mention other users in a certain patient or report. When you tag a user, a notification is automatically sent to the user's email. From the email, tagged users can access the report. Any user with an account in the Rhythm360 platform can tag other users.
Tagging a user in Review Notes
To tag a user in a patient's report:
- Navigate to the patient's report.
- In the Notes section of the report, enter in @ and begin typing the user's name.
- As you type the user's name, suggestions for a user will appear, alongside the user's email.
- Select the user that you would like to tag.
- You also have the option to select "Flag as Urgent" for any notes that require urgent attention from the user. This results in the user's name being highlighted in red.
- The tag will automatically apply. Click Save at the bottom of the report to confirm the tag.
- A notification will be automatically sent to the user's email. These notifications can be accessed by clicking the bell icon located at the upper right corner of the portal.
Note: The user's tag will also appear within the PDF version of the patient's report.
Tagging a user in Patient Notes
To tag a user in a patient's notes:
- Navigate to the patient's profile.
- Click +Add Note in the patient notes section.
- A new window will appear for entering in a note. Select the Note Type.
- Enter in @ and begin typing the user's name.
- As you type the user's name, suggestions for a user will appear, alongside the user's email.
- Select the user that you would like to tag.
- The tag will automatically apply. Click Save Note at the bottom of the report to confirm the tag.
