Incorrect Report Triggers

Occasionally, reports will come into Rhythm360 and have a report trigger that initially does not match that on the vendor website. An example of this is a report that is a Remote Alert in the vendor portal, but is listed as a Remote Scheduled inside R360 initially. Our system will automatically identify and correct this within 1-2 hours of the report being in the R360 portal. Please submit a report if you notice this change is not made after 3+ hours, at
