Rhythm360 Provider Mobile App

This user guide will help you navigate through the key features and functionalities of our mobile application.

Downloading the App

To download the Rhythm360 app, simply visit the respective app store for your device:

• Apple (iOS): Download from the App Store
• Android (Google Play): Download from Google Play Store

Use the same login credentials that you use for accessing Rhythm360 on the web platform. Upon logging in, you will be directed to the main screen of the Rhythm360 mobile app. Here's what you can do from the main screen:

1. Navigate Between Rhythm and HF/HTN Reports

Easily switch between Rhythm and HF/HTN by tapping on the respective tabs.

2. Filter Reports based on Alert Color

Reports and alerts are displayed on the main screen. Simply tap on an alert to view details or navigate to a report.

3. Dashboard Settings

   Clicking the 'Dashboard Settings' will allow you to control two things about your experience:

   1. "Show reports only assigned to me": This will limit the dashboard so that it only displays reports in which you are the assigned clinician.

   2. "Turn on Auto-Next when reviewing reports": When reviewing a report and esigning it, you'll be brought to the next report without needing to navigate back to the dashboard.

      

4. eSigning Reports:

Sign reports directly from the main screen with single click. Each report is displayed with highlights for quick reference. The e-signing option on the app mirrors the one available on the web version.

5. Review Reports:

If needed, you can review the full coversheet and vendor report with a simple tap. You can also add notes to reports directly from the main screen.

6. Manage Patient Information:

Manage basic patient information such as name, date of birth, and add tags for easy organization.

7. Access Past Reports:

Easily access past reports by tapping the date/range of service (date in blue).
