Medication List

This guide explains how Rhythm360 users can access and review a patient's current medications. Access to the medication list allows clinicians and technicians to confirm adherence, assess potential medication changes, and understand the relevance of new diagnoses, providing essential context during report processing. The data is pulled directly from the Clinic's EHR, and any updates or changes should be made there.

The medication list displays both Active Medications and Discontinued Medications. It can be accessed on the following pages:

Review Page

• Available under Technician and Clinician Reports.
• Select Review and click View Medication List under Patient Notes.

Patient Information Page

• Located on the right side, just below Atrial Fibrillation Management.
