Rhythm360 Patient Mobile App

The Rhythm360 Patient mobile app is available by invitation from clinic staff to easily track and monitor blood pressure, weight, and/or heart rate.
Patient Mobile App Registration
A RhythmScience technician will work with your patient to enroll them with the Rhythm360 Patient mobile app.
- The technician will call the patient and walk them through the registration process
- The technician will send a Rhythm Science Patient Mobile App Registration email
- Download the app on your smartphone using the links provided in the email
- Tap Accept your invitation in the email
- Create a password that you will remember
- Once finished, you can login with your new password



Rhythm360 Patient Mobile App Overview
The Rhythm360 Patient Mobile App contains tabs to view the Home screen, Measurements screen, and My Profile screen.
Home screen: The Home screen contains a Blood Pressure Monitor section and a Weight Scale section, where each section includes
- the device model
- the latest measurement taken
- the graph of previous measurements and
- the Enter a Measurement button


Measurements screen: The Measurements screen contains three measurement types: Blood Pressure, Weight, and Heart Rate. When you click on any of the measurement types, you will see
- the graph of previous measurements (trends)
- the Enter a Measurement button and a
- list of all previous measurements taken


My Profile screen: The My Profile screen contains three tabs to view to view the following screens:
- My Patient Information screen: lists the patient's name, DOB, email address, and phone number (if entered by the provider in Rhythm360)
- Contact Us screen: lists the RhythmScience Support email and phone number
- Legal screen: lists the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Manually Adding Measurements from a Cellular Device
From the Home screen, you can add your Blood Pressure measurement manually. Click the Enter a Measurement button in the Blood Pressure Monitor section and follow the instructions on the page to save the measurements. Once the measurements have been added and saved, you will see the data populate on a graph in the Blood Pressure section.

Manually Adding Blood Pressure Measurements from a Bluetooth-Enabled Device
First pair your bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitor with your mobile device bye selecting the Connect Device button and allowing Rhythm360 to access your mobile device bluetooth settings.


Then follow instructions on the Rhythm360 Patient mobile app screen to connect with your bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitor.


Once a bluetooth connection has been established, you can take and send your measurement to the Rhythm360 Patient mobile app.

To view your recent blood pressure measurement, click the Continue button on the bottom of the screen.

You can now take future blood pressure readings from your bluetooth-enabled blood pressure device without pairing your device again. To take future blood pressure measurements, go to the Home screen and click the Send Reading button or go to the Measurements screen, select the Blood Pressure measurement type, and manually enter the readings.
