Clinician Groups

The Clinician Groups feature allows users to create a group to add clinicians for filtering on any dashboard. Filtering by a Clinician Group will display reports, patients, etc. assigned to clinicians in the Clinician Group. A Clinician Group filter can be paired with any other filter.

How to Enable the Clinician Groups Feature

To enable the Clinician Groups feature, go to Settings —> Beta Features —> Enable Clinician Groups.

How to Create a Clinician Group

Any user can create a Clinician Group. To create a Clinician Group

1. go to any Dashboard (e.g. Technician Reports, Clinician Reports, Patient List, etc.)
2. click the Filters button
3. select the Clinician Group dropdown menu
4. add the Clinician Group name
5. add clinician(s) to the Clinician Group
6. click Create New Clinician Group button

You can also create a Clinician Group by using the Clinician filter on any dashboard and selecting the clinician(s) you would like to create a Clinician Group with.

How to Edit a Clinician Group

Only users of a user type with User Management permission can edit Clinician Groups (by default, this is the Admin user type). To learn more about user permissions, view the User Types and Permissions article.

To edit a Clinician Group

1. go to any Dashboard (e.g. Technician Reports, Clinician Reports, Patient List, etc.)
2. click the Filters button
3. select the Clinician Group dropdown menu
4. click the pencil icon next to name of the Clinician Group you want to edit
5. edit the Clinician Group name and/or clinicians in the Clinician Group
6. click the Save Changes button

How to Delete a Clinician Group

Only users of a user type with User Management permission can edit Clinician Groups (by default, this is the Admin user type). To learn more about user permissions, view the User Types and Permissions article.

To delete a Clinician Group

1. go to any Dashboard (e.g. Technician Reports, Clinician Reports, Patient List, etc.)
2. click the Filters button
3. select the Clinician Group dropdown menu
4. click the trashcan icon next to name of the Clinician Group you want to edit
5. click the Delete Group button on the Delete Clinician Group confirmation pop-up
