How to Use the Time Tracker

The Time Tracker records how much time you are spending reviewing an HF/HTN patient's profile and reports. The tracker automatically begins when you visit the patient's profile page, and automatically records the time when you are finished reviewing. Once you have finished reviewing, the Time Tracker creates an action entry and logs the time into the Action Log.
Using the Time Tracker in Patient Profile
The Time Tracker appears in the bottom left hand corner of an HF/HTN patient's profile. Once you've opened the patient's profile, the Time Tracker will begin a countdown from 5 seconds. After 5 seconds have passed, it will begin tracking the amount of time you spend on the page. If you need to leave Rhythm360 but want to stay on the page, you can click Pause to stop tracking time.
Performing actions such as adding patient notes, reviewing measurements, and calling the patient will still need to be logged separately. Click the +Action button to add a new action entry. Time tracking will be paused while you add a new action.
When you have finished reviewing the patient's profile, you can simply leave the page. The Time Tracker will create an entry in the Action Log with the action "Review Patient Data" and apply the time you spent reviewing.
Using the Time Tracker in HF/HTN Reports
When reviewing HF/HTN reports, the Time Tracker works in the same way. Any time you spend reviewing a report will be automatically logged once the report is submitted, e-signed, dismissed, or archived. If you decide to take action on the report at a later time, the Time Tracker will save the time spent. Any time spent reviewing the report will be filed under "Review Patient Data" with the time you spent reviewing.
