Viewing Dismissed or Archived Reports

Previously dismissed or archived reports can be viewed from the dashboard or from the patient's profile page.
Viewing From the Patient Profile
Dismissed and Archived reports are primarily found on the patient profile page. From the patient profile page, you can view these reports individually, and undismiss/unarchive them.
To view dismissed/archived reports on the patient's profile:
- Navigate to the patient's profile page.
- If you are looking for a specific patient, navigate to the Patient List and search for the patient's name in the search bar.
- Scroll down to the patient's Rhythm-CIED or HF/HTN Transmission list
- In the Report Status column, look for a report with the Dismissed or Archived status
- Click on the report's date of service to view the report.

Viewing From the Dashboard
If you would like to see more than one patient's dismissed/archived reports, you can do so from the Technician/Clinician Reports dashboard. You must apply certain filters on the dashboard to view these reports. You cannot undismiss or unarchive any reports from the reports dashboards.
To view dismissed/archived reports on the reports dashboard:
- Navigate to the Technician or Clinician Reports dashboard.
- Click Filters.
- In the filters menu that appears, navigate to the Report Status section.
- Click the checkbox to select Dismissed or Archived reports (depends on whether you are on the Technician or Clinician Reports dashboard)
- Click Apply.
- The dashboard will be filtered for Dismissed/Archived reports.
