I cannot log in to my account

If you can't remember your password, click on "Forgot your username or password?" in the login page. On the password reset page that appears, enter the email associated with your Rhythm360 account, and click "Submit" the system will send you instructions on how to create a new password.

Refer to "What is my username?" if you forgot your username. In the meantime, you can use your email instead.
