Change a Patient's Name or DOB

To access the Patient Profile, click on the patient's name if you're viewing a transmission or dashboard. Alternatively, search for the patient on the Patient List page using the search bar at the top.

Click on their Name or Date of Birth to edit them.

Name and DOB are initially populated by the incoming data from the device company if they are a Rhythm Patient. This data can be updated as needed; although, it is also recommended to change in the vendor portal that had the incorrect information as the information will not automatically update there from our records.
