How to Change a Patient's Name or Date of Birth

To change a patient's name or date of birth, you must go to their patient profile page. To do that, you can click on the patient's name if you're viewing a report or on the dashboard. Alternatively, you can search for the patient using the search bar at the top of the page.

Click on the patient's Name or Date of Birth to edit them.

Name and DOB are initially populated by the incoming data from the vendor portal if the patient has a Rhythm-CIED device. This data can be updated as needed in Rhythm360. However, it is also recommended to update any incorrect information in the vendor portal, as the information will not automatically update there from our records.
