Where to Find Patient Reports?

There are two convenient ways to find patient reports. 

• If you are looking for a particular patient's report, the quickest way is to search the patient's name in the search bar at the top of the screen.
• Type the patient's name and press enter. You will then see a list of reports assigned to the patient that have not been removed from the Technician Dashboard or Clinician Review page. 
• Click on the Review/On Hold to open the Review window and review the report. You can also open the report in PDF form by clicking the PDF icon on the left of the patient's name. The report will open in a new window for you to review. 

• You can also find the patient's report on the Patient's Page. The Patient Page can be accessed by clicking on the patient's name. Scroll down to the Rhythm-CIED and HF/HTN Transmission and click on the download icon to the right side for the transmission date you want to download and view the report for. You can also click on the date of the transmission to simply view the report (and not download).
