How Do I Search for a Particular Serial Number or Patient Name

Using the search bar
The search bar allows you to search for patients, serial numbers, model numbers, and product families. Enter one of these items into the search bar located at the top of the Rhythm360 portal, then press Enter or click on the Search icon to begin a search. Using the search bar on each page will display different results.
If you are searching from the Dashboard, the results will display newly transmitted reports associated with the item being searched as well as the patient profile.
If you are searching from the Patient List, the results will display patients associated with the item being searched.
If you are searching from Billing, the results will display billable transmissions that are associated with the item being searched.
If you are searching from Compliance, the results will display patient compliance information associated with the item being searched.
Examples of items you can search by
Patients: First or last name, or first and last name
(e.g. Michael, Smith, Michael Smith)
Serial Numbers: A patient's device serial number, which can be found in their Transmission Report
(e.g. PVY123456, SERIAL99)
Model Numbers: A patient's device model number, which can be found in their Transmission Report, or on their Profile page.
(e.g. W1DR01)
Product Families: A patient's device model type, which can be found in their Transmission Report, or on their Profile page.
(e.g. Itrevia, Claria, LNQ22, MDT, CRT-D, etc.)
Patient Clinic ID (MRN): A patient's clinic ID or MRN number, which can be found on their patient profile page.
(e.g. 12, MRN123, etc.)
