Add a New Patient with Ambulatory Cardiac Monitor (ACM)

If you need to add a new patient with Ambulatory Cardiac Monitor (ACM) to the Rhythm360 portal, follow these steps:

Login to the Rhythm360 portal for the patient's clinic.
Click Add New and select Patient.
A new window will appear, displaying a form for creating a new patient profile. Fill out the form using the patient's information, the required fields have a red * (only Patient Name and Date of Birth)

4. Once all of the required information has been filled out, click Continue. This will create the patient and open a window for devices to be added.

5. To add an ACM device, select Rhythm and Ambulatory Cardiac Monitor under Device Type and Device Status respectively

Please note that ACM can only be added by ordering a device.
