HF Reclassification Pop-up

This feature will help you decide whether a transmission is of type HF or Device check.  You will be prompted with the message below when you click on "Review" for a patient who is due for a billable HF transmission as defined as having a device check in the last 90 days but not having a HF report in the last 30 days. 

If you click "Yes", the system will change the transmission type from Device Check to HF Report. 

If you click "No", the transmission type will remain as Device Check. 

You can also choose to change the Tx Type to Device Check and HF Report if the report is billable for both. 

There are certain requirements for a report to be eligible for reclassification:

1. This needs to be enabled in the settings for this device type

2. It needs to be a non-in-office device-check report

3. There has to have been a previous Device Check report associated with the patient

4. It cannot be within 30 days of device implantation
