Transmission reports can be edited if there are changes that need to be made within the report. The Manage Documents page allows the addition of pages and removal of those additions to a report. If you are wanting to remove specific alerts from the cover page, please refer to the article on How to Update the Number of Shocks/ATP and Other Key Clinical Findings?

Appending a Transmission Report

To add pages to the end of a report, access the Manage Documents page from the Review window of the report. By clicking the drop down labelled More PDF Options. This will drop down the option to Manage Documents and have a number appear next to it if it has been appended already. 

Drag and drop or choose a document to upload in the upper left of the window to add it to the report. 

Removing Transmission Report pages

You can remove the pages you have uploaded to the report by clicking the trashcan icon to the right of the upload you would like to delete. You are not able to delete the full report or existing pages currently. If you need assistance with adjusting reports, please contact support@rhythm.science.
