How to Upload Reports

Integrations can take some time with the various partner portals.  The Upload Transmission Feature (green button on top right of portal) lets you upload remote transmission PDFs before the feed is set up. This feature also lets you upload in-office checks.

Open the Upload Report Page:

  • Click on the green Add New button at the top right of the main screen.
  • Select Transmission from the dropdown menu. This will open the Upload Report page.

Find the Patient Record:

  • In the Search for Patient field, type the patient’s name (e.g., "Mary Roth") or use Search by device serial if you have the device’s serial number.
  • Once you’ve entered this information, the patient details and device information will appear.

Enter Report Details:

  • Date: Set the report date in the Date field.
  • Trigger: Choose the appropriate trigger for the report from the Trigger drop-down menu.
  • Type: Select the report type from the Type drop-down.
  • Rhythm360 supports the following devices
      • CRT-D
      • Defibrillator
      • CRT-P
      • Pacemaker
      • Loop Recorder
      • Lead
      • HF Therapeutics
      • 12-Lead EKG
      • Ambulatory Cardiac Monitor
  • Note: Rhythm360 supports both remote and in-office checks

Upload the Report File:

  • Under Upload Report Files, drag and drop your file into the upload box, or click on here to upload to select the file from your device.
  • Note: Only .pdf files under 20MB are allowed.
  • Once the file is uploaded, click the Upload Session button to complete the upload.

After uploading, Rhythm360 will automatically open the Review page with the uploaded report displayed.
