How to Upload Remote Transmissions

Integrations can take some time with the various partner portals. The Upload Transmission Feature (green button on top right of portal) lets you upload remote transmission PDFs before the feed is set up. This feature also lets you upload in-office checks.

First Download the PDF from the vendor website
- Click the Add New button in the upper right corner and select Transmission from the drop down options.
3. Then Search for Patient by patient name or by device serial. You can also Upload a Note FIle (optional). Select the Session Date, Report Trigger and Session Type and Upload the Report File.
- a. If this patient is not yet in your R360 system, you can choose the Add New Patient option when searching the patient's name.
b. You will be required to fill out the New Patient Information before proceeding.
5. Once this has been filled out, click Upload Session at the bottom of the page.
