Removing an HF/HTN Device

Removing a blood pressure cuff, weight scale, or PA sensor device can be done from the patient profile. This permanently removes the device; however, the past reports will remain associated with that patient. 

First navigate to the patient profile of interest and click the Manage Devices button. You can also check this article on how to Manage Devices.

You can either click Remove Device or View Device Details then click Remove Device as shown below.

There will then be a confirmation screen, select Remove Device. 

It will then confirm the device has been removed and will no longer appear on the patient profile.
