Adding Caretaker Information

Some patients have designated caretakers who’s contact information needs to be shared as well as the patient’s information. This information can be added from the Patient Options page. 

  1. First, navigate to the Patient Information page and select the Patient Options page. This is found in the gear icon to the right of Patient Information at the top of the patient’s profile. 

  1. Switch the Caretaker Info toggle to On in order to see the fields that need to be filled out.
  2. Then the sections for first and last name, home and mobile phone numbers, and email addresses will be made available. Only the name and mobile phone of the person is required.
  3. This information will then be displayed on the patient's profile to the right of their contact information in the Patient Information section.
