Email Notifications

You can receive an email notification if you are tagged in a report note or a patient note. These notifications contain important information on the report or the patient note that you were tagged in, and allow you to communicate with the person who tagged you. Please note that in order to receive these notifications, you must have email notifications enabled in your personal settings.
Sending a notification
To send an email notification to another person, you can tag them in either a report note or a patient note. For more information on tagging users in a report note or patient note, click here.
Receiving a notification
If you have been tagged in a report note or patient note, a notification will be sent to your email Inbox. Note: If you cannot find a notification in your Inbox, you may need to check your Spam folder.
Depending on the type of note you were tagged in, the email notification will vary in included information:
Report Note Notification
Includes:
- The name and email of the person that tagged you
- The report type (Rhythm-CIED or HF/HTN)
- The alerts that appear in the report (if any)
- A button that takes you to the report
- A button that allows you to reply to the tagger via email
Patient Note Notification
Includes:
- The name and email of the person that tagged you
- Any tags that were attached to the patient note
- A button that takes you to the patient note
- A button that allows you to reply to the tagger via email
