How do I filter my dashboard to see Urgent or Alert Transmissions only?

To filter to see only red and/or yellow alerts, go to the Technician Dashboard or Clinician Review Dashboard. Click on the Red Alerts icon (red circle next to number of Red Alert transmissions at top of page) for the page to immediately filter red alerts only. Click on the Yellow Alerts icon to view yellow alerts only.

Alternatively, you can use the Filter button to select either red and/or yellow alerts to view. mark your selections in the checkbox(es), and click 'Apply' to apply the filter and yield your results.
