If you need to add a patient's Blood Pressure, PA, or Weight measurements into Rhythm360 manually, you can do so from the patient's profile page.
Viewing the measurement report
To view a patient's previously entered measurements:
- Navigate to the patient's profile page. The patient profile can be accessed by clicking on the patient's name within the Dashboards, or by searching for the patient's name in the search bar.
- In the patient's profile, click View Measurements in the HF/HTN Trends section.
- A new window will appear, displaying the patient's previous measurements, the recording device, the date of the reported measurement, and other relevant information.
Adding measurements
- Once you have opened the measurement window, you can add a measurement by clicking Add New Measurement.
- A new window will appear. Complete the form to enter the patient's measurements. By default, the device is set to the patient's current device.
- Once all of the measurements have been entered, click Add Measurement.
- The new measurement will appear the top of the list.
Changing the device view
If the patient has more than one HF/HTN device, the device measurements will be separated by a filter in the measurement window.
To view the measurements of a different device, click the filter on the top left corner of the measurement window.
Editing and removing measurements
If you would like to edit or remove any measurements, click the corresponding button next to the measurement.
