Patient Tags

Patients in the R360 platform can be tagged with special labels to serve as reminders.
The default available tags are:

"New Patient" tag will be automatically added to new patients.
Assigning a patient tag:
- Navigate to the patient's profile page.
- Under the patient's name, click on the Add a Tag button.
- Click on the Select dropdown menu to view available tags.
- Select the checkbox next to the appropriate tags for the patient.
- Once you have finished selecting the tags, click on the Checkmark button to confirm your selection. Alternatively, click on the X button to cancel any selections you have made.
In addition to these tags, clinics can also write a support ticket to the RhythmScience team to create custom tags. Email support@rhythmscienceinc.com to create a custom tag for your portal.
Removing patient tags:
- Navigate to the patient's profile page.
- Under the patient's name, hover your cursor over the tag that you want to remove.
- Click on the X that appears inside the tag.
You can also remove a patient's tag by clicking on Add a Tag, then clicking the Select field. Uncheck the tag that you want to remove from the patient, then click on the Checkmark button to confirm the deletion.
Filtering patients by tags:
The Patient List can be filtered by tags to view all patients with a given tag or multiple tags.
- On the Patient List page, click on the Filters button.
- A new window will appear with a variety of different sorting options. In the rightmost column under Tags, click on the dropdown menu.
- Select the tags that you want the list to sort by.
- Click on the Apply button. The list is now sorted by patients assigned to the selected tag.
If you search using multiple tags, it will bring up any patient that has one or the other tag. For example, if you search on "CHF" and "Known LV Lead Noise" you receive a list of patients that have at least one of those tags:
