How to Deactivate a User

If a user no longer needs access to their Rhythm360 account, the user can be deactivated in the Rhythm360 Settings.

Note: Only users with Admin privileges can deactivate users. If a user in your clinic needs Admin privileges, please contact us at

To deactivate a user:

  1. On the top right of any Rhythm360 page, click your user icon.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click the Users tab.
  4. A list of all active users in your Rhythm360 clinic will appear. Locate the user you would like to deactivate, then click Actions.
  5. Click Deactivate. Click Yes to confirm deactivating the patient.
