How to Deactivate or Activate a User

If a user no longer requires access to their Rhythm360 account, they can be deactivated in the Rhythm360 Settings. Additionally, inactive users can be reactivated when access is needed again.

Note: Only users with Admin privileges can deactivate users. If a user in your clinic needs Admin privileges, please contact us at support@rhythm.science

To deactivate a user:

  1. On the top right of any Rhythm360 page, click your user icon.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click the Users tab.
  4. A list of all active users in your Rhythm360 clinic will appear. Locate the user you would like to deactivate, then click Deactivate
  5. Click Yes to confirm deactivating the patient.

To activate a user:

  1. Access the user management section and filter to display Inactive users.
  2. Locate the user you wish to activate and click the Activate button next to their name.
  3. Click Yes on the confirmation prompt to activate the user.
  4. Inform the user that their account is now active with the same username and password. If they have forgotten their password, they can reset it on the login page.
