How to Deactivate or Activate a User
If a user no longer requires access to their Rhythm360 account, they can be deactivated in the Rhythm360 Settings. Additionally, inactive users can be reactivated when access is needed again.
Note: Only users with Admin privileges can deactivate users. If a user in your clinic needs Admin privileges, please contact us at support@rhythm.science
To deactivate a user:
- On the top right of any Rhythm360 page, click your user icon.
- Click Settings.
- You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click the Users tab.
- A list of all active users in your Rhythm360 clinic will appear. Locate the user you would like to deactivate, then click Deactivate
- Click Yes to confirm deactivating the patient.
To activate a user:
- Access the user management section and filter to display Inactive users.
- Locate the user you wish to activate and click the Activate button next to their name.
- Click Yes on the confirmation prompt to activate the user.
- Inform the user that their account is now active with the same username and password. If they have forgotten their password, they can reset it on the login page.
