Summary Report Overview

A Summary Report consists of a collection of reports that occurred during the Summary Report monitoring period. To learn more about monitoring periods and how to set them up, visit this article. Summary Reports are meant to provide an easy-to-process, easy-to-read report that supports consistent and regular billing cycles.

The goal of this article is to walk you through the contents of the Summary Report itself.

Common Scenarios of a Summary Report

    4. Links to all the reports within that monitoring period will be dated and listed on the Summary Report page

2. Summary Reports with all reports 'Dismissed'/'Archived' (due to no actionable clinical items for clinician to review):

Processing Summary Reports

Note Writing

The entire note can be written with the use of the Summary Report Overview snippet. It will include information about the reporting period, the number of reports received (and submitted if applicable), as well as pull forward the the note that aligns with the measurements/parameters and attached vendor report.

Sending Discrete Data to the EHR

Depending on your EHR and system configuration, you may be able to send discrete measurement/parameter data to the EHR.

  • The system will pull the data from the most recent report included in the Summary Report
  • The checkbox will be checked by default if the DOS of the most recent report is within 14 days of the Summary Report's DOS. If the difference in dates is 14 days or greater, the checkbox will not be checked by default. It can always be manually checked/unchecked.
