Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics feature in Rhythm360 provides valuable insights into clinic performance. You can analyze:

• Reports Per Period
• CPT Codes Per Period

You can find Analytics in the left selection panel. Data is available in both graph view and table (or chart) view, making it easy to interpret trends and patterns.

Reports Per Period

This section helps you track reports across different timeframes and alert categories.

Selecting Report Categories

In the right-hand column, choose from:

• All Reports – Displays all reports, including those with Red and Yellow alerts.
• Red Alerts – Highlights reports flagged with Red Alerts.
• Yellow Alerts – Highlights reports flagged with Yellow Alerts.

Note: A single report can contain both Red and Yellow Alerts, which means counts will increase in both categories when applicable.

Filtering by Report Type

You can refine data further by selecting specific report types in the right-hand column:

• Rhythm CIED
• Ambulatory Monitoring
• HF/HTN

Adjusting Timeframe

• Select a different year from the year dropdown menu.
• Download the table as a CSV file at the bottom of the page.

CPT Codes Per Period

This section provides analytics on CPT codes used over a selected period.

Selecting CPT Categories

• You can filter CPT codes using the left-hand column.
• Individual CPT codes can be selected in the right-hand column to customize the dataset shown in the graph/table. To remove individual CPT codes, click on the code directly or uncheck it from the drop-down menu.

Adjusting Timeframe

• Change the year using the year drop-down menu.
• Download the table as a CSV file from the bottom of the page.
